BPC specializes in employee benefit consulting with small to mid-sized organizations (1 to 25,000 employees). These firms need objective and qualified consulting and management services which we are uniquely positioned to provide.

BPC is comprised of professionals with a high level of experience and understanding, applied in four specific areas:

  • Flex, HRA, HSA, and Sec. 125 Cafeteria Plans
  • COBRA
  • Retirement Plans (401k, 403b, etc.)

Benefit Planning Consultants was formed in 1979 as one of the first independent retirement plan administration firms in the country. Over the years, BPC has expanded its operations to include all forms of retirement plan administration, flexible benefit plan administration, employee benefit outsourcing.

BPC's mission is to provide organizations with total employee benefit administration solutions. Businesses today must navigate the turbulent waters of government regulations, taxes, attracting and retaining quality employees, liability, technology, and numerous other business issues.
