Weekly Processing
This is BPC's standard processing schedule and may not reflect all employers' specific payment schedule(s). Contact BPC for further clarification.
Weekly Cutoff: 3:00 PM CST on Mondays for payment that Friday
All claims received by 3:00 PM CST on Monday will be processed and reimbursed by the up-coming Friday. Any claims received after 3:00 PM CST Monday will be included in the following weeks processing and reimbursed the week after that. All claims must include proper documentation supporting their eligibility for reimbursement.
Daily Processing
Only applies to participants who have direct deposits and work for employers who participate in this processing option. All claims must include proper documentation supporting their eligibility for reimbursement.

All checks/direct deposits will be mailed on Wednesday, November 21, 2012. Checks and direct deposits will be dated 11/21/2012, but will be delivered to the Post Office one day earlier than normal. Daily processing will resume Monday, November 26 |
