This is BPC's standard processing schedule and may not reflect any employers specific payment schedule(s). Contact BPC for further clarification.
Weekly Cutoff: 3:00 PM CST on Fridays
All claims received by 3:00 PM CST on Friday will be processed and reimbursed by the following Friday. Any claims received after 3:00 PM CST will be included in the following weeks processing and reimbursed the week after that.*
Ex. 1: Claim is received Friday, December 5, 2009 at 2:00 PM CST and will be reimbursed December 12th.
Ex. 2: Claim is received Friday, December 5, 2009 at 5:00 PM CST and will be reimbursed December 19th.
* All claims must include proper documentation supporting their eligibility for reimbursement.

Good Friday - Our office will close at 12:00pm.
Thanksgiving – All checks/direct deposits will be mailed on Wednesday, November 24, 2010. Checks and direct deposits will be dated 11/26/2010, but will be delivered to the Post Office one day earlier than normal.
In addition, we will have limited hours on Friday December 3rd. Our office will close at 11 AM for our annual employee holiday party. Our early closure will not affect any reimbursements or claim submissions. However, we will not be able to assist participants via phone calls or emails after 11 AM.
