IRS Issues Guidance on OTC Changes for 1/1/2011

On September 3rd, 2010, the Internal Revenue Service issued guidance IR-2010-95 reflecting statutory changes regarding the use of certain tax-favored arrangements, such as flexible spending arrangement (FSAs), to pay for over-the-counter medicines and drugs.
