D. Scott Reichard, CPA, QPA		Habeeb George Habeeb, MBA
	Scott is Chairman of the Board. He has guided BPC for the past 29 years of growth and success. He is an Accounting and Finance graduate of the University of Illinois and is a member of the ASPA, NCEO, and the AICPA.		Habeeb is the CEO & President. He also assists clients with Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Cafeteria Plans, and the Flex Debit Card. He has a Masters of Business Administration and 31 years of management experience.
Richard L. Kirby, AIFA®		Richard W. Wilberg, CPA, MBA, MAS
	Rick is Vice-President, Retirement Plan Development. He oversees relationships with outside brokers and vendors. He has a Business degree from Illinois Wesleyan University, professional certifications from Northwestern and Indiana Universities, a series 7 license, 27 years of Trust Banking experience, and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Auditor™.		Rick is Vice-President and a Senior Consultant for Plan Design and heads the Business Planning Division. Rick also works with "troubled" benefit plans. He is a History, Business Management, and Taxation graduate of the University of Illinois.
Linda Hatfield, QPA		Patti Merna, CPA, CEBS
	Linda is Vice-President, Retirement Plans Department. She oversees the administration of more than 1000 retirement plans, as well as plan termination and merger procedures. Linda is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and has more than 26 years of experience in employee benefits with BPC. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries.		Patti is a Senior Consultant and Administrator in the Employee Benefits Division. She has over 21 years of extensive employee benefit plan auditing and administration. She is responsible for Flex and HRA plan setup and design, and has extensive knowledge in the Flex Debit Card program.
