Paperless Initiative
Beginning March 15, 2010 BPC will be rolling out a new electronic statement system. We are excited to bring this feature to your benefit accounts. We will be automatically creating electronic versions of some of the documentation you previously received at your home address. This email will come from info@bpcinc.com, please be sure to add this address to any white-listing services you may use to ensure it's not blocked as spam.
Electronic-only documents include:- Explanations of Benefits for Direct Deposit Notifications
- Quarterly Account Summary Statements
You will automatically be notified by email whenever a new statement is made available on our website.
As a bonus, this initiative will have the added benefit of making these documents available to you for download for a period of 3 years after they are first issued.
To retrieve a document:
- Go to bpcinc.com or your employer specific webpage.
- Login with your username and password in the top right corner of the screen. Typically your username is your email address.
- Click the E-Statements link on the left.
- Click the download link next to the document you want to review.
The first time you go to our site to download a document, check your balance, or submit a claim online you will need to register. You can register at bpcinc.com/register. This will allow you to set your email address for notification of new statements and establish a username and password to access the site.
We will still send an annual paper statement to your home. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
